做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
