做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
