做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
