做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
