做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
