做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
