做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
