做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
