做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
