做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
