做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
