做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
