做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
