做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
