做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
