做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
