做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
