做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
