做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
