做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
