做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
