做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
