做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
