做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
