做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
