做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
