做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
