做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
