做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
