做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
