做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
