做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
