做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
