做法(fǎ ):洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝。 -
