做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
