做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
