做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
