做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
