做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块(kuài )姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
