做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
