做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
