做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
