做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
