做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
