做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半(bàn )小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
