做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
