做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
