做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝(cháng )。 -
