做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
