做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
